Services

A focused operational project, not open-ended outsourcing.

Maviola’s current first offer is a fixed-fee project to improve one defined administrative handoff around completed field or project work.

Talk through the workflow

Workflow Diagnostic + Implementation Project

Best fit when the problem is sufficiently understood to scope implementation.

Possible components may include:

Process and responsibility mapping
Representative-record / exception review
Customer-specific checklist or rule design
Status, routing or template improvements
Approved configuration in existing systems
Test cases and representative-case testing
SOP and training
Final handoff and readout
Diagnostic-Only Project

When implementation cannot responsibly be scoped yet.

Used when the problem is real but implementation cannot responsibly be scoped yet.

A diagnostic has its own defined outputs and fee. It does not imply that implementation is included.

Ongoing Managed Workflow Operations

Ongoing support is considered only when useful work remains.

A completed project may show that meaningful, repeatable and delegable work still remains. If the client wants Maviola to manage that work, an ongoing service can be scoped separately.

There is no automatic retainer. The client may instead operate the improved process internally after the project is documented, tested and handed over.

Technology Enablement

Use the right tool for the workflow — not the other way around.

Maviola may assess whether an existing system can be configured more effectively, whether a lightweight automation or integration can remove unnecessary work, or whether a different tool should be evaluated.

Technology is an enabling layer inside the project, not the product itself. The goal is to improve the workflow without forcing unnecessary software, complexity or ongoing dependence on Maviola.

When platform-specific expertise goes beyond our scope, we can coordinate with an appropriate specialist while the client retains control of its accounts, licenses, data and consequential decisions.

Service Boundaries

Clear boundaries around the work.

Technical decisions remain with the client’s authorized team.
Billing, accounting, tax, employment, safety, purchasing, payment and legal decisions remain client-owned.
System access or configuration does not expand Maviola’s written decision authority.
Maviola works only within the administrative scope and authority defined for the engagement.
Client-controlled systems and accounts should use named access and least privilege where practical.
Consequential or unclear decisions are escalated rather than guessed.
Pricing

Project pricing starts with the actual scope.

Projects are priced from the actual scope rather than from a public package menu. Exact fees are provided privately in the proposal and statement of work.
