We improve a clearly defined administrative handoff in a client’s operations. Our current first focus is the path from completed field or project work to a record that is administratively ready for the client’s billing team to review.
Usually no. We prefer to use the client’s existing systems where practical. If the current system can solve the problem through better configuration or process design, that may be the right answer. When a different tool is genuinely needed, we can help evaluate the fit within the project scope.
Our initial scope stops at administrative billing readiness. The client’s authorized billing or accounting team retains decisions about billability, invoice amounts, taxes, credits, disputes and financial approval.
Not necessarily. The normal first engagement is a one-time project with a defined scope and fixed fee. Ongoing management is considered separately only if meaningful, repeatable work remains after the project and the client wants Maviola to manage it.
There is no public standard first-project fee. Scope can vary significantly depending on the workflow, systems, records, rule sets, implementation work, testing and client participation involved. We define the project first and then provide a fixed fee for that specific scope.
Yes. Maviola may use AI as an assistance layer for tasks such as research, organization, drafting, information extraction, routine translation, rule-based checks and preparation. Humans remain responsible for verification, relationships and consequential decisions.
Only when necessary for the agreed project. Access should use client-controlled accounts, appropriate permissions and security controls such as multi-factor authentication where available. Technical access never expands Maviola’s written decision authority.
Yes. Maviola can support English- and Spanish-speaking teams when language support is useful to the approved workflow. This is a communication capability within the engagement, not a separate international sourcing service.
Tell us what happens today and where the process still requires unnecessary manual follow-up. We’ll start by understanding whether there is a specific problem worth solving.
